Max was an Customer Service expert:). She customer resolved my Mom's handicapped accomodation which was initially ignored with my booking. Also the TV not working with the amount of money we spent

Front desk staff was very nice and done a great job! The rooms were pleasant and more spacious than I imagined.

You need a 24-hour employee, there is a customer service phone number but it is not very useful for checking in or out.

The staff both nights were very friendly. The morning lady was very kind and had the hot, fresh coffee ready with the breakfast snacks. O thank you for yalls excellent services.
